« Two Minutes for You » Script
BRIEF:
A Yeti, living in Colorado, wakes up late and must rush to work. Along the way the Yeti encounters all kinds of Colorado interests. The Yeti then has a dreadful day and work and wants nothing more than to rush home and play. Finally, the work-day has ended and our Yeti zooms home to ski in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.
SCENE1:
Zoom in from space closing in on Colorado.
About 4 seconds.
Clay Earth and map. Picture of starry night as background.
SCENE2:
Continue zooming to a tiny log shack high on a mountaintop. Keep zooming to an open window in the shack.
About 2-3 seconds.
Clay hut perched on top of pointy mountain. Paper/picture background.
SCENE3:
Inside the window watch as the alarm goes off and the Yeti clumsily dresses in his office geek attire.
About 10-12 seconds.
The Yeti is 2d (flash?)
The background is paper collage (magazine cutout.)
SCENE4:
The Yeti drives carelessly down the mountain passing Blue Spruce trees, dinosaur fossils, mines, Columbines, butterfly, and the state bird.
About 4-5 seconds.
The Yeti is 2d.
The background is collage with pictures of the different items.
The car is 2d / origami.
SCENE5:
Gets caught in traffic and finally arrives at his office in the cash register building.
About 3 seconds.
SCENE6:
Gets to the cubicle just as the clock strikes 8am.
About 8-10 seconds.
Yeti is clay or 2d.
Background with cubicles is ?.
After the Yeti’s day all the above scenes are played in reverse until he gets home.
SCENE7:
The Yeti is skiing, slow and happy, down the mountain.
About 30 seconds.
